英特尔CEO陈立武：电力散热成为半导体瓶颈，系统级架构是行业大趋势
英特尔CEO陈立武最新发声，当前电力供给与散热方案已经成为半导体产业发展的核心瓶颈。
他表示电力约束的严峻程度堪比早年核能领域的能源攻关。想要实现低功耗运行，芯片架构与互联技术是关键。散热赛道上，除传统风冷外，液冷、微流体冷却方案都是重点投入方向。

Both models are now available for external real-time API calls. Currently, the market is suppressed by dual macro factors: the cooling expectation of the CLARITY Act passing within the year, combined with a higher probability of a Fed rate hike in September. BTC maintains a key support range of 76000‑76800, ETH is weak and oscillating, with 2465 having turned into a resistance level.
