After finishing this tea, wash up and go to sleep, good night everyone!
Practice going to bed before 10:30!

I realized I have a very bad habit!
In the past two days, I bought a chair and a computer desk.
When buying a chair that costs six or seven thousand, I finished the purchase in five minutes, but today I agonized over buying a 500-yuan computer desk for an entire day.
Looking back now, I feel like that day was a huge waste of time.
Later, I thought about it and realized this kind of thing happens quite often.
I also remembered when I bought a car I really liked, a million-level purchase, I paid within half an hour, but sometimes I spend a long time choosing a hotel that costs a few hundred yuan.
Sometimes in investing, a million-level decision can be made over a meal, but when inviting friends to eat, I spend a long time choosing a good restaurant, reading reviews until my head hurts.
I wonder if anyone else is like me! Being decisive on big matters but easily trapped by small ones?
This is not good; it’s very draining.
Now I reflect and feel that what really drains people are those things with unclear standards, too many options, and the constant feeling that there might be a better choice.
I keep comparing, searching, adding new criteria, and in the end, to avoid a possible mistake of only a few hundred yuan, I spend several hours or even a whole day of attention.
This feeling is terrible.
Today I suddenly thought of a term:
Attention ROI — Return on Attention.
Naval said a lot; what’s valuable to us is attention.
In our lives, we shouldn’t just calculate whether spending money is worth it, but also: is this thing worth spending so much of my attention on?
A 500-yuan desk, if it consumes a whole day of my time and a night’s sleep, might be "more expensive" than a 6,000-yuan chair bought in 5 minutes.
So this is a problem and needs to be fixed!
What I’m thinking now is that before making choices in the future, I must first classify and rank them.
Category A: Irreversible / High risk / Huge long-term impact
Asset security, major investments, real estate, health, children’s education.
Can be slow, can be studied repeatedly.
Category B: Expensive but reversible
Phones, furniture, travel.
Give yourself 1–2 hours.
Category C: Cheap + reversible + minor consequences
Restaurants, hotels, daily necessities costing a few hundred yuan.
30 minutes max.
Once this classification is done, don’t renegotiate later.
Also, two ironclad rules.
First, no consumer comparisons after 10 PM.
Because once you sacrifice sleep, no matter how much the item costs, it’s not worth it.
Second, no price comparisons or research after placing an order.
This is very important. Sometimes after ordering, I still search: Did I buy the wrong thing? This only creates regret.
Only one situation allows re-evaluation: after actual use, the core need is not met.
Otherwise, the decision is closed.
Third, the simplest solution: I will entrust all these potentially draining matters to people I trust who can do them well, so I no longer drain myself.

I guess Scroll is almost dead too.
DeFiLlama data shows that Scroll's net on-chain income in the past 24 hours was -29 USD.
You read that right, it's -29. - -
In the past 30 days, Scroll's average income was only about $117/day, its asset size has shrunk by about 97%, and transaction activity has dropped about 99% from its peak.
It has already entered a high-risk recession zone.
Those holding $SCR should be cautious as the token has been flagged for monitoring by Binance and is still being unlocked continuously.

🚨 If you have funds on Blast chain, make sure to withdraw them before October 26!
Also, let's guess who the next L2 to fall will be? 👀
Abstract, Hemi, Mode, zkLink, Celo, Arbitrum Nova, Scroll, Taiko, Merlin, Zora, Unichain, or Zircuit?
They are all tears of the times!

Blast announced its shutdown, so everyone who still has money inside should withdraw it!
Back when Blast launched L2, it was incredibly popular:
My community friends and I put in over 20,000 ETH back then!
At that time, everyone thought this was a beacon: native yields, points, airdrops, L2 — a full combo that pushed TVL above $2 billion before the mainnet launch, claiming to be the fastest-growing project, leading the Restaking trend for hundreds of days.
But the reason for the shutdown now is very practical: the cost of maintaining this chain has exceeded the revenue it generates.
Reading this is quite emotional.
Crypto periodically spawns new narratives we think can change the world: ICO, Gamefi, Defi, L2, modularity, Restaking, Appchain, stablecoins, Prep dex, prediction, RWA;
During bull markets, fundraising, points, tokens, and subsidies can temporarily cover all problems. But when the tide recedes, every project ultimately has to answer the oldest questions:
Who really needs you?
Who is willing to keep using you?
What value do you create?
And most importantly:
Can the money you earn cover the cost of staying alive?
In a way, I think Blast’s shutdown teaches a great lesson to this round of Crypto infrastructure hype: AI is developing rapidly, so technology can be advanced, narratives can be grand, valuations can be high, but a long-term system must ultimately be self-sustaining.
This is not just a rule for Crypto.
It applies to companies, projects, and even each of our lives: prosperity maintained by external blood transfusions is hard to last.
True freedom often comes from a system that can operate on its own.
Blast
Crypto 每隔一段时间都会诞生一个我们以为能够改变世界的新叙事:ICO、Gamefi、Defi、L2、模块化、Restaking、Appchain、稳定币、Prep dex、预测、RWA;
Blast will be shutting down.
We launched Blast with the goal of building a self-sustaining chain for users and developers. Unfortunately, the economics of operating the chain no longer make sense: the ongoing costs of maintaining Blast exceed the revenue generated by the L2, and we do not see a credible path to making the chain economically sustainable.
As a result, we've made the difficult decision to wind Blast down.
We're sorry to the users and developers who believed in Blast, built on it, and supported the ecosystem. Our priority now is making the shutdown as smooth and safe as possible.
We're asking all users to withdraw their assets from Blast to Ethereum mainnet, including any balances held in the Blast PWA.
To make this easier, we will be reducing the withdrawal delay to 24 hours.
As part of the shutdown process, we'll first begin withdrawing Blast's Lido assets. This process is expected to take approximately one week. During this period, withdrawals will temporarily be unavailable, even after the withdrawal delay is reduced to 24 hours.
Once that process is complete, withdrawals will resume with the new 24-hour delay.
Users will have until October 26, 2026 to withdraw through the normal Blast interface.
After October 26, assets will remain withdrawable, but users will need to interact directly with the Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1. We'll publish detailed instructions before then.
We strongly encourage everyone to withdraw their assets to Ethereum mainnet before October 26.

I believe patience accounts for 70% of my system;
Another 20% falls into the category of luck,
My ability is only 10% or even less;
I feel that there are actually very few things I can truly control. What is ability? It's not that you can discover market trends others can't, or predict patterns others can't foresee. That's the sum of timing, location, and human harmony. In a lifetime of decades, such moments are rare. If you think you can have them every time, that's wishful thinking.
So this is not ability. Ability is just one thing: it allows you to wait when there is no opportunity and to seize the moment when a truly belonging opportunity appears.
In the end, trading is not about who is smarter, but who is more patient,
and who can better accept that they don't have that much control over the world.
Patience is actually a very important quality in trading; I think it accounts for at least 30% of the weight,
But sometimes, 80% of retail traders lack patience, which isn't entirely a personality issue,
After all, many people really need to make money urgently, have families to support, debts to pay, and simply can't wait,
It's understandable,
But if you want to profit from trading, you must learn to wait patiently, wait for opportunities that suit you, wait for good opportunities,
Even if you can't wait, you still have to wait! bro👊👊👊
