Introducing Pay & Card Loyalty Program
We're introducing loyalty levels — a new program built around how you save and spend with OKX Pay and OKX Card. There are five levels: Classic, Plus, Premium, Signature and Infinite. The higher your level, the better your Pay & Card benefits.
What's changing
Until now, your Pay & Card benefits followed your exchange VIP level, which reflects your trading activity. Loyalty levels add two more ways to move up that reward what you actually do in Pay: holding a balance and spending with your card.
Your exchange VIP level still counts. It continues to qualify you for a loyalty level, and it keeps applying to trading fees and other exchange benefits exactly as before. Nothing you have today is taken away — you simply have more ways to reach a higher level.
How loyalty levels work
You can qualify for a level in any one of three ways. You only need to meet one, and you always get the highest level you qualify for:

Only eligible assets held in Pay count toward the assets track.
Levels are reviewed daily. When you cross a threshold, your new level applies from the next day. If your 30-day figure falls below a threshold, your level adjusts the next day too — the 30-day window means a single purchase or a short dip won't bounce you between levels.
If you already have an exchange VIP level
You'll be placed into the matching loyalty level automatically — VIP1 becomes Plus, VIP2 becomes Premium, VIP3 becomes Signature, and VIP4 or above becomes Infinite. Your benefits stay the same: a VIP1 user enjoys the same Pay & Card benefits as Plus. You don't need to do anything.
From there, if your Pay balance or card spend qualifies you for a higher level than your VIP level does, you'll move up.
What are the benefits at each level?
Higher levels earn a higher USDG rewards rate on your balance and more cashback on card spend, where these are offered. The current rates for your level are shown in Benefits in the app.
Loyalty levels apply in all markets. USDG rewards and card cashback are subject to availability in your market, so the benefits attached to each level may differ depending on where you are.
A few things to know
Your loyalty level doesn't change your exchange VIP level. The two run separately.
