$CL news loudly claims crude oil broke through 105 to hit a four-month high, but looking at the green bar at 98.79 on the screen, I really don't know who to believe.
On the 4-hour chart, the MA5, MA10, and MA20 lines are all pressing down overhead, SAR is barely holding as a stepping stone at 97.47, the J value is 40.68, and RSI6 has dropped to 43. The market feels soft and weak, showing no sign of a rebound. Retail investors are always a step slow, rushing in to go long after seeing the news.
