About SolanaStocksTop4.4B

Tokenized stocks on Solana topped $4.4B in September DEX volume, a record, with about $2.8B on Raydium, up sharply from August. Kaiko found 71% of tokenized stock trades on Uniswap occurred outside regular US market hours; nearly half took place when traditional exchanges were fully closed, showing after-hours demand. Aave V4 now lets users borrow USDC against seven tokenized US stocks, including Apple, Nvidia and Tesla, extending their use from on-chain holding and trading to DeFi lending.

#SolanaStocksTop4.4B Tokenized stocks hitting $4.4B in Solana DEX volume is impressive. But the timing of trades caught my attention 👀 71% of Uniswap tokenized-stock trades happened outside US market hours, showing demand for something TradFi still struggles to offer: 24/7 access. Now Aave is adding another layer by letting users borrow against tokenized stocks. The bigger story isn't stocks moving on-chain. It's stocks becoming programmable collateral that can trade, lend and unlock

A borrowing limit is not the same as what you can borrow. The $PLEDGE constraint engine shows the gap. CA:0xbCeFDAB9Ea24a16ca6F993A36f74Da17c63B8C3A Here is the mechanism, on @aave V4's Equities Hub and MAG7 Spoke on @base: • Each @coinbase stock token in the basket gets a USD value • Each asset's collateral factor weights that value • The weighted sum is converted to USDC, which gives the theoretical capacity • Supply caps and available liquidity then limit what can actually be borrowed Capacity is the theory. Availability is the market. The desk keeps them apart so you can see which one is holding you back. Capacity is an estimate. Loans require repayment; collateral can be sold. @PledgeDesk calculates. Official Aave handles eligible loans outside the US. $PLEDGE is on Robinhood Chain via @ponsdotfamily. Trade only the contract posted from this account.

Seven Wall Street names just became borrowing power. Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta and Microsoft tokenized shares can now back USDC loans inside Aave V4’s Equities Hub. Initial limits: ~$29M collateral / $21M borrowing. Today $AAVE briefly accelerated 4.17% in one hour to ~$156. DeFi’s old pitch was “borrow against crypto.” That sentence just became outdated.

Aave V4's tokenized-stock lending is more consequential than another equity wrapper: it tests whether familiar assets can become productive onchain collateral. With initial caps near $29 million and access limited to eligible non-US users, this is a controlled experiment. Durable demand will depend on liquidity and risk management, not novelty. #TokenizedStocksOnAave

🚨 Tokenized U.S. stocks entering $AAVE could create a powerful new on-chain loop. The first batch of seven tokenized tech stocks can reportedly be used as collateral to borrow $USDC. Dividends aren’t simply paid out as cash—they can be reinvested into additional shares after fees and withholding taxes. 📈 That means price exposure, dividends and borrowed liquidity can stack into one position. #Aave #RWA #Crypto #USDC #PCEAndPayrollsWeek #MicronEarningsAhead

What happens when traditional stocks start interacting with DeFi? That's the part of the Aave story I find more interesting than the token price. Tokenized equities can potentially bring traditional financial assets onto blockchain infrastructure. DeFi then provides another layer of programmability and financial functionality. It's an unusual combination: If this model scales, the line between TradFi and DeFi could become increasingly difficult to define. #AAVE #DeFi #RWA #Tokenization

Nice to see $AAVE moving up again. @Aave is a really good example of how much token price changes the way we perceive a project. When price is down, we tend to overestimate how broken something is. When price is up, we tend to overestimate how well everything is going. Think back to Q1. ACI announced it was leaving Aave after a very public governance dispute. Suddenly the conversation became: - Does this create more risk going into V4? - Is Aave governance falling apart? - Who is going to handle these responsibilities? And when the token was also performing badly, every negative development felt 2x worse. Price goes down → people look for reasons the project is broken → every problem becomes confirmation. Fast forward a few months. The market gets stronger, Stani and the team keep shipping, and suddenly the narrative looks completely different. Aave V4 is live, and Coinbase tokenized stocks like NVDA, META, AAPL and others can now be used as collateral to borrow USDC. Aave App is also gradually rolling out through Ghost Passes. And now $AAVE is going up, so naturally people are much more willing to look at those developments and think: "Wait, Aave might actually be cooking." The funny thing is that a lot of the building was happening regardless of what the token was doing. What changed massively was our willingness to believe in it. That's probably one of the biggest lessons I've learned through the bear market. Price doesn't just reflect sentiment. It also shapes it. Sometimes real builders just need to keep shipping long enough for the market to give them a tailwind again.

Aave V4 deposits are growing quickly, now sitting at $1.33B across 8 hubs and 24 spokes. The hub-and-spoke model is the key change in V4. Hubs act as a shared liquidity base, while Spokes are individual markets that can draw liquidity from a hub under their own risk settings. This solves three major problems: 1. Idle liquidity: Liquidity can be utilised across multiple spokes within the same hub, reducing fragmentation. 2. Market bootstrapping: Any spokes launched under a hub gain access to the same liquidity base as other spokes, rather than scaling from zero. 3. Risk Segmentation: Each spoke runs with independent parameters (collateral factors, access control, etc.), and the hub limits how much each spoke can add and draw through caps, helping contain the risk at the spoke level. Two of the most interesting hubs listed at the moment are: ✦ @ether_fi cash on @Optimism, powering borrows for its users. It has reached $308m in deposits, with $34m in borrowed assets. ✦ @coinbase stocks on @base, which enables borrowing against tokenised equities. It has reached over $8m in deposits, with borrowing demand still in the early stages.

Folks less familiar with Aave often ask me how I think about Aave’s potential markets. I like to measure them through addressable collateral. The bigger the universe of assets that can be used as collateral, the bigger the lending opportunity. We started with crypto, expanded into securities through Coinbase Tokenized Stocks and Horizon RWAs, and will eventually help accelerate the world’s transition toward abundance: solar, batteries, GPUs, robotics, and space infrastructure. I believe this transformation will continue through 2050. Aave’s goal is to accelerate it by a decade by funding the assets that power abundance. Stay ambitious.

Solana’s ecosystem continues attracting serious trading activity. Tokenized-stock trading on Solana reportedly topped $4.4B in September. SOL setup: Watch whether buyers can turn resistance into support. That’s often where the next trend becomes clearer
