Orbit Community Governance Update: X and YouTube Content Included in Off-Platform Traffic Diversion Governance To maintain a safe, transparent, and constructive environment within the Orbit community, we are updating our rules on off-platform traffic diversion. We have recently observed instances of users using platforms such as X as intermediary channels to direct community members to other external destinations. Effective immediately, traffic-diversion activities involving X and YouTube will be subject to the same governance standards applied to other off-platform platforms, helping reduce the risk of users being redirected away from the Orbit ecosystem. Prohibited Actions Include (but are not limited to): - Sharing X or YouTube links, account names, channel identifiers, or other related information in posts, comments, profile pages, livestreams, group chats, or other content areas. - Using calls to action such as “follow me” or “check my profile” to direct users to X, YouTube, or other external platforms. - Displaying related information through other means or attempting to bypass platform moderation. All community members are requested to review their content and modify or remove any non-compliant material by October 8, 2026. Following the rectification deadline, Orbit will conduct a unified review of historical content and take action against violations that remain unaddressed in accordance with the Community Rules. Washington just renamed AI. The rulebook has not changed, at least not yet. On September 29, President Trump signed an Executive Order directing US executive departments and agencies to use “Super Intelligence” or “SI” in place of “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” across official correspondence, public communications, websites, reports, policy documents and other non-statutory materials. For now, this is more of a terminology shift than a legal reset. • For purposes of the order, SI follows the existing statutory definition of AI • Previously issued regulations, Presidential actions, contracts, grants and historical documents do not need to be rewritten • The order applies to the executive branch, not to the entire US legal system • The White House will develop a proposed federal definition of SI and identify potential additional executive actions The announcement also followed a White House meeting with major technology leaders. Participating companies agreed to voluntary frontier-model safety measures, including internal controls, independent external assessments and board-level oversight. For crypto markets, the order does not introduce new requirements for tokens, exchanges, stablecoins or DeFi. But it is still a policy signal worth watching. AI and crypto increasingly intersect across the financial stack: market analytics, fraud prevention, identity, payments, settlement and programmable assets. As advanced AI becomes more embedded in economic infrastructure, the policy choices around innovation, security and accountability may carry broader implications for both traditional and digital markets. The immediate market impact may be limited. The longer-term message is clearer: frontier technology is becoming a more visible part of US economic and strategic policy.
