I used to check my P&L first thing after waking up. Bad habit. If it was green, I felt confident. If it was red, suddenly I wanted to “fix” the day. Now I check the chart first and the P&L later. Price gives me information. P&L gives me emotion. That small change made my mornings much calmer. What do you look at first when you open your trading app? #Crypto #Trading #Bitcoin
