The London Stock Exchange said September 1 it will work with Kraken parent Payward on tokenizing UK-listed stocks, covering wallets, on-chain infrastructure and regulated-market links, with xStocks trading planned on LSE24 in 2027 pending approval. Payward reportedly wants LSE's top 100 names in xStocks, a first London batch due in weeks. Existing xStocks are 1:1 trackers, not share ownership.
