🚨 Zcash Foundation’s latest statement is pretty clear: ZRC-20 and CASH are NOT official Zcash standards, and the Foundation says they were created by third parties.
That raises a bigger question: how many people bought in simply because they saw the “Zcash” name? 👀
The Foundation has now distanced itself from those projects, but for traders already in, the damage may already be done.
Meanwhile, a ZEC whale reportedly closed a 38,000 ZEC short, taking losses of over $35M. 💀📉
