观察：等回踩 0.0942–0.0947（1h 回踩带），现价还在区上。
时机：区上偏高，等回踩到位再对照。
窗口：约4～12小时（1～3根4h）；上看到位或失效即结束，不硬拿。
上看 0.0981；跌破 0.0942 视为失效。
如果失效了，别硬做，等重新站回 EMA55 再说。
