Multiple accounts FAQ

According to the Platform's Terms of Service, OKX operates through multiple legal entities worldwide. Each user may register only one account under the same legal entity. Duplicate registration and identity verification are not supported, and each identity document may be linked to only one account. This applies to all accepted documents, including identity cards and passports.

If you have already verified an OKX account using your identity card or passport but cannot remember the original account or no longer have access to its registered phone number or email address, you may be unable to complete identity verification on a newly registered account. Please refer to the following guidance.
