An unchanged BTC position can still come with a shift in capital priorities. Strategy spent $139M repurchasing STRC preferred shares over Sept 8-13, with no BTC trades, following another week of buybacks.
My read: capital management deserves attention alongside BTC accumulation. A larger repurchase ceiling creates flexibility, but does not commit it to further spending.
