One BTC data point I’m watching closely
BTC open interest is down 49K contracts over the past 7 days the biggest weekly drop since Oct 2025.
But this time, it’s not coming from major liquidations.
Leverage is leaving while spot players are still active.
➤ $82.5K = key support
➤ $85K = near-term resistance
➤ $80K = next psychological level
If OI stabilizes while BTC holds $82.5K, the current “chip turnover” narrative gets more interesting.
Watching who stays in the market.
