$XRP is showing an interesting divergence: price is under pressure, but spot XRP ETFs have already attracted ~$1.7B cumulatively. Today’s US Senate vote on the CLARITY Act adds another catalyst. If regulation disappoints while ETF demand stays strong, the reaction could tell us which force matters more.
